 Cancellation/Refund policy

In the event that you have booked a workshop and can no longer attend, we can transfer your ticket to one of our next events! 

Transferable within 6 months of the original event. Ticket value is equal to original purchase price. 

Please choose carefully - monetary refunds will not be given, however if you can no longer make an event, the ticket can be transferable. 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours previous to commencement of the event. If not, tickets will not be transferred, 

Event cancellation by the facilitator 

Our events run when our minimum numbers are met. In the circumstance that we do not reach our minimum capacity, the workshop will be postponed or cancelled. If postponed, tickets will remain for the rescheduled event. 

If cancelled by the facilitator, the client will have the option of receiving a workshop credit or full refund within two weeks of event cancellation.
